Section R523-8-6 - Family Involvement(1) Each mental health authority shall annually prepare and submit to the Division a plan for mental health funding and service delivery. Included in the plan shall be a method to educate families concerning mental illness and substance use disorders to promote family involvement when appropriate, and with patient consent, in the services of a family member. (2) The Division will monitor for compliance as part of the annual quality of care site visits.Utah Admin. Code R523-8-6
