Section R512-76-2 - Definitions(1) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.(2) "CPS" means Child Protective Services.(3) "Expungement" means to seal an allegation associated with an individual identified as a perpetrator or alleged perpetrator that meets the criteria for expungement.(4) "LIS" means the Licensing Information System as described in Section 62A-4a-1006.(5) "MIS" means the Management Information System as described in Section 62A-4a-1003.Utah Admin.
