Section R512-44-2 - Definitions(1) "Administrator" means the employee of Child and Family Services appointed by the director to administer the Choose Life Adoption Support Restricted Account. (2) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.(3) "Director" means the director of Child and Family Services.(4) "RFP" means Request for Proposal.Utah Admin.
