Section R512-43-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The adoption assistance program aids an adoptive family in establishing and maintaining a permanent adoptive living arrangement for a child who qualifies for the program under state or federal law.(2) Sections 80-2-806 and 80-2-807 authorizes the state to provide adoption assistance and supplemental adoption assistance and 42 USC 673 authorizes federal adoption assistance.(3) This rule is authorized by Section 80-2-302.Utah Admin.
