Section R512-302-8 - Child Abuse Reporting and Investigation of a Caregiver Providing Out-of-Home Services

Investigation of any report or allegation of abuse or neglect of a child that allegedly occurs while the child is living with a caregiver shall be investigated by staff designated by the Department of Human Services or law enforcement as provided in Section 62A-4a-202.6.
