Section R512-205-2 - Definitions(1) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.(2) "Cohabitant" has the same meaning as in Section 78B-7-102.(3) "CPS" means Child Protective Services.(4) "Dangerous weapon" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-601.(5) "Domestic violence" has the same meaning as in Section 77-36-1.(6) "Domestic Violence Related Child Abuse" has the same meaning as in Rule R512-80.(7) "In the presence of a child" has the same meaning as in Section 76-5-109.1.(8) "Serious bodily injury" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-601.(9) "Substantial bodily injury" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-601.Utah Admin.
