Section R510-200-16 - Guardianship(1) If a resident has a legal guardian, the ombudsman or local ombudsman entity shall coordinate and communicate with the resident's legal guardian.(2) If an ombudsman or local ombudsman entity believes a resident's legal guardian is not acting in the best interest of the resident, the ombudsman or local ombudsman entity shall contact the local area agency or office for assistance to advocate for the resident's rights.Utah Admin.
