Section R510-200-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The purpose of the rule is to facilitate the administration of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, established pursuant to Title 62a, Chapter 3, Part 2, Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program and the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. 3058g.(2) The rule is authorized by Section 62A-1-111, Title 62a, Chapter 3, Part 2, Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, and the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. 3058g.Utah Admin.
