Section R501-8-15 - Evaluation(1) Following the wilderness experience, each client shall receive a debriefing to include a written summary of the client's participation and the progress the client achieved.(2) Each guardian, client, or other involved individuals shall be provided the opportunity and be encouraged to submit a written evaluation of the wilderness experience, which shall be retained by the program in the client file record.Utah Admin.
