Section R501-8-1 - Authority, Purpose, and Scope(1) This rule is authorized by Section 62A-2-106 and establishes standards for the licensure of outdoor youth programs. This rule is intended to supplement the general provisions required of each human services program in rule R501-1.(2) In the event of conflict, this rule shall supersede other rules under Title R501Utah Admin.
