Section R501-22-6 - Specialized Services for Programs Serving Clients With Substance Use Disorders(1) Each licensee may not admit anyone who is currently experiencing convulsions, shock, delirium tremens, unconsciousness, or is in a coma.(2) Each licensee serving clients with substance use disorder shall provide evidence of ongoing coordination with the local health authorities regarding managing communicable diseases within the licensed setting.(3) The licensee shall screen staff and clients for risk of tuberculosis.(4) A licensed substance abuse treatment program shall complete the National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment annually.Utah Admin.
