Section R501-13-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Section 26B-2-104 authorizes this rule.(2) This rule establishes standards for the licensure of adult daycare programs. This rule is intended to supplement the general provisions required in Rule R501-1.(3) This rule supersedes any conflicting requirements outlined in Rule R501-1 as they pertain to adult daycare.(4) Adult Daycare is defined in Sections 26B-2-101 and R432-270-29 and does not require separate licensure for an adult daycare in a Type 1 or Type 2 assisted living licensed health care facility.Utah Admin.
