Section R765-902-110 - Funding Distribution(1) TRU shall reimburse the awardee for no more than the total amount specified in the contract.(2) Payment shall only be made for those costs authorized and approved by TRU after providing sufficient documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the contract.(3) After execution of the contract between the board and awardee: (a) the awardee may receive up to 50% of the total grant amount, subject to TRU approval; and(b) the remaining funds shall be disbursed on a reimbursement basis, as outlined in scope of work and after company provides sufficient evidence of initial expenditures.(4) Failure to successfully complete the scope of work requirements may result in a recapture of any of the grant funding and will be grounds to terminate the contract and any future funding.Utah Admin.
