Section R765-625-7 - Appeals Process(1) An applicant has the right to appeal an adverse decision.(2) Upon request by the applicant, scholarship staff shall provide an opportunity for the applicant to appeal an adverse decision to a committee of at least three impartial persons.(3) The applicant shall submit the appeal in writing within 30 days of notice of an adverse decision.Utah Admin.
