Section R765-165-7 - Credit7.1. Permanent College Transcript - The registrations and grades of each concurrent enrollment course shall be recorded on permanent college transcripts. A student who registers for a concurrent enrollment shall commit to having the final course grade recorded on that student's permanent college record, regardless of the results. 7.2. Credit Value - College level courses taught in the high school shall carry the same credit hour value as when taught on a college or university campus and shall apply toward graduation from a USHE Institution on the same basis as courses taught at the USHE institution where the credits are earned.7.3. Credit Hours Permitted - Individual students will be permitted to earn up to 30 semester hours of college credits per year through contractual concurrent enrollment. Credits earned in excess of 30 must be on a non-contractual basis.7.4. Institution Credit - USHE institutions are responsible for course registration and awarding college credit for concurrent enrollment courses.7.5. Transferability - Credit earned through the concurrent enrollment program shall be transferable between USHE institutions. Students should be encouraged to seek advice from a college academic adviser to make course choices that will meet the student's educational goals.Utah Admin. Code R765-165-7
