Section R432-950-9 - Equipment Standards(1) Mammogram units shall be designed specifically for mammography and shall have a compression device and the capability for placement of a grid.(2) The facility shall maintain current written policies and procedures for operating equipment.(3) Prior to initiating operation of a mammogram unit it shall be registered with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.Utah Admin.
