Section R432-950-5 - Compliance with State and Local Rules(1) A supplier of mammography services shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations pertaining to radiological services and mammography services.(2) The facility shall maintain documentation showing that it complies with all applicable state and local laws and rules pertaining to radiological and mammography services. This includes the following: (a) Certification of the facility;(b) Licensure or certification of the personnel;(c) Documentation that the facility has been approved by the American College of Radiology (ACR).Utah Admin.
