Section R432-750-15 - Professional Counseling Services(1) The licensee shall provide counseling services to patients either directly or by contract. These services may include dietary and other counseling services deemed appropriate to meet the patients and family needs.(2) The licensee shall ensure that individuals who provide counseling services, whether employed or contracted by the licensee, are licensed, certified, registered, or qualified as to education, training, or experience according to law.Utah Admin.
