Section R432-152-18 - Dental Services(1) The licensee shall provide or arrange for comprehensive dental diagnostic services and comprehensive dental treatment for each client.(2) A dental professional shall participate in the development, review and update of the individual program plan as part of the interdisciplinary process, either in person or through a written report to the interdisciplinary team.(3) The licensee shall provide education and training for clients and responsible staff in the maintenance of clients' oral health.(4) If the licensee maintains an in-house dental service, the licensee shall maintain a permanent dental record for each client with a dental summary in the client's living unit.(5) If the licensee does not maintain an in-house dental service, the licensee shall obtain a summary of the results of dental visits and maintain the summary in the client's record.Utah Admin.
