Section R432-150-7 - Governing Body(1) The licensee shall have a governing body or designated persons functioning as a governing body.(2) The licensee shall ensure that the governing body establishes and implements policies regarding the management and operation of the facility.(3) The governing body shall institute bylaws, policies, and procedures relative to the general operation of any licensee services including the health care of the residents and the protection of resident rights.(4) The governing body shall appoint the administrator in writing.Utah Admin.
