Section R432-107-7 - Organization and Staff

The licensee shall ensure services and policies comply with Rule R432-100 General Hospital Standards:

(1) Governing Body, R432-100-6;

(2) Administrator, R432-100-7;

(3) Medical and Professional Staff, R432-100-8;

(4) Personnel Management Service, R432-100-9;

(5) Quality Improvement Plan, R432-100-10;

(6) Infection Control, R432-100-11;

(7) Patient Rights, R432-100-12;

(8) Patient Designated Caregiver, R432-100-13; and

(9) Nursing Care Services, R432-100-14.
