Section R432-104-7 - Organization and Staff

The LTAC licensee shall ensure that services and policies comply with the following sections of Rule R432-100:

(1) Governing Body;

(2) Administrator;

(3) Medical and Professional Staff;

(4) Nursing Care Services;

(5) Personnel Management Services;

(6) Infection Control;

(7) Quality Improvement Plan; and

(8) Patient Rights.
