Section R432-102-9 - Medical and Professional Staff(1) Section R432-100-8, Medical and Professional Staff, applies to a substance use disorder specialty hospital.(2) Medical and professional staff members may be retained, or by contract, to fulfill the requirements and needs of the treatment programs offered.(3) The licensee shall ensure that medical and professional staff are assigned specific responsibilities on the treatment team as qualified by training and educational experience and as permitted by hospital policy and the scope of their license.Utah Admin.
