Section R432-101-29 - Pharmacy(1) Each psychiatric specialty hospital shall provide basic services including storage, dispensing, and administration of medication in-house.(2) The licensee shall ensure any pharmacy services comply with the appropriate subsections of Section R432-100-26.(3) The licensee shall ensure the board and medical staff approve the policy regarding the use of investigational drugs.Utah Admin.
