Section R432-101-18 - Transfer Agreements(1) The licensee shall maintain a written transfer agreement with at least one general acute hospital to facilitate the placement of patients and transfer of essential patient information in case of medical emergency.(2) The licensee may not refer a patient to another facility without first contacting that facility.Utah Admin.
