Section R432-101-13 - Patient Security(1) The licensee shall provide enough internal and external security measures consistent with the plan for patient care services.(2) The licensee shall provide supervision and control of the patient populations at all times to ensure patient and public safety.(3) If a licensee offers more than one treatment program or serves more than one age group, patient population, or program, the patients may not be co-mingled.(4) The licensee shall provide enough supervision to ensure a safe and secure living environment as defined in the plan for patient care services.Utah Admin.
