Section R432-100-34 - Telehealth Services(1) If a licensee participates in telehealth, it shall develop and implement policies governing the practice of telehealth in accordance with the scope and practice of the hospital and in accordance with Section 26B-4-704.(2) The licensee's telehealth policies shall address security, access, and retention of telemetric data.(3) The licensee's telehealth policies shall define the privileging of physicians and allied health professionals who participate in telehealth.Utah Admin.
