Section R432-1-5 - Distinct Part(1) A licensee that seeks to offer services outside the scope of their license, except for federally recognized swing bed units, shall submit a program narrative defining the levels of service to be offered and the specific patient population to be served.(2) If the program meets the definition of a distinct part entity the program shall obtain a separate license.Utah Admin.
