Section R432-750-14 - Medical Social Work Services(1) The licensee shall provide social work services by a social worker who has received a degree from an accredited school of social work and is licensed under the Mental Health Professional Practice Act, Title 58, Chapter 60.(2) The social worker shall participate in in-service training to meet the care needs of the patient and family.Utah Admin.
