Section R430-90-1 - Legal Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is enacted and enforced in accordance with Section 26B-2-402.(2) This rule establishes the foundational standards necessary to protect the health and safety of children in residential child care facilities and defines the general procedures and requirements to get and maintain a license to provide child care.Utah Admin.
