Section R429-1-9 - Reporting(1) The Department will report at least one time per year in March all events occurring in the state the previous year.(2) This report and information contained therein will be de-identified and publicly available.(3) Internal reports may be generated for quality improvement initiatives and shared with members of the advisory panel.Utah Admin.
