Section R414-504-1 - Introduction(1) This rule adopts a case mix or severity -based payment system for nursing facilities that are not intermediate care facilities for persons with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IDs). This system reimburses facilities based on the case mix index of the facility. It also establishes rates for ICF/ID facilities.(2) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-1-213, 26B-3-108, and Title 26B-, Chapter 3.Utah Admin. Code R414-504-1
