Section R414-320-7 - Household Composition and Income Provisions(1) The Department determines household composition and countable household income according to the provisions in R414-304-5.(2) For an individual to be eligible to enroll, countable MAGI-based income for the individual's household must be equal to or less than 200% of the federal poverty guideline for the applicable household size.Utah Admin.
