Section R414-320-5 - Verification and Information Exchange(1) An applicant and enrollee must provide verification of eligibility factors as requested by the eligibility agency and in accordance with the provisions of Section R414-308-4.(2) The Department shall enter into agreements with other government agencies as outlined in Section R414-301-3.(3) The eligibility agency shall safeguard information about applicants and enrollees to comply with the provisions of Section R414-301-5.Utah Admin.
