Section R414-22-7 - Scope of Sanction(1) Once a provider is suspended or terminated, the department may only pay claims for services before the suspension or termination.(2) The department may suspend or terminate any individual, clinic, group, corporation, or other similar organization that allows a sanctioned provider to bill Medicaid under the clinic, group, corporation, or organization provider number.Utah Admin.
