Section R414-1-30 - Face-to-Face Requirements for Home Health Services(1) Orders for home health services and certain durable medical equipment (DME) must be in accordance with 42 CFR 440.70.(2) DME that requires face-to-face shall be the same as DME items required by Medicare.(3) No home health agency or DME supplier may report services for reimbursement until they meet the face-to-face requirement.Utah Admin.
