Section R410-14-15 - Amending Administrative Orders(1) DIH may amend an order if the hearing officer determines the order contains a clerical error.(2) DIH shall notify the parties of its intent to amend the order by serving a notice of agency action signed by the hearing officer.(3) The DIH Director shall review the amended order and the director or designee shall issue a final agency amended order.(4) DIH shall provide a copy of the final amended order to the respondent and the petitioner.Utah Admin.
