Section R396-100-2 - DefinitionsThe definitions in Section 53G-9-301 apply to this rule. In addition, as used in this rule:
(1) "Department" means the Utah Department of Health and Human Services created in Section 26B-1-201.(2) "Early childhood program" means a nursery or preschool, licensed day care center, childcare facility, family care home, or Head Start program.(3) "Exemption" means a relief from the statutory immunization requirements by qualifying under Section 53G-9-303.Utah Admin.
