Section R392-502-15 - Solid Waste(1) Solid waste generated at a public lodging facility shall be stored in a leak-proof, non-absorbent container, which shall be kept covered with a tight-fitting lid.(2) All solid wastes shall be disposed with sufficient frequency and in such a manner as to prevent insect breeding or a public health nuisance.Utah Admin.
