Section R392-501-2 - Applicability(1) This rule applies to any person who owns or operates a temporary labor community, unless specifically exempted.(2) This rule applies to the repair, maintenance, use, operation, and occupancy of a temporary labor community designed, intended for use, or otherwise used for temporary human habitation.(3) This rule does not apply to any recreational camping, recreational vehicle park, or manufactured home community.Utah Admin.
