Section R392-304-4 - General Requirements(1) Any artificial swimming lagoon regulated under Section R392-304-2 shall meet the requirements of this rule.(2) If the executive director or local health officer determines that any facility is dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, a nuisance, or a menace to life, health, or property, the executive director or local health officer may order construction or operational changes consistent with the requirements of this rule to existing facilities.Utah Admin.
