Section R392-303-4 - General Requirements(1) Except as specified in Subsection (4), this rule does not require an owner or operator to modify any portion of an existing geothermal pool facility or existing geothermal bathing place.(2) If an owner or operator modifies any system or part of a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place, the modified system or part must meet the requirements of this rule.(3) A facility that is newly established more than 90 days after the enactment date of this rule shall operate in full compliance with this rule.(4) If the local health officer determines that any facility creates an imminent health hazard the local health officer may order modifications consistent with the requirements of this rule.Utah Admin.
