Section R392-303-16 - Ladders, Recessed Steps, and StairsThe operator shall ensure that:
(1) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place meets the requirements of Section R392-302-12; and(2) there is a means of entrance into and exit from the water including handholds and steps where needed to provide for bather safety.Utah Admin. Code R392-303-16
