Section R392-303-10 - Bather Facilities

The operator shall ensure that a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place meets the following sections of Rule R392-302:

(1) Section R392-302-24 Dressing Rooms;

(2) Section R392-302-25 Restroom and Shower Facilities; and

(3) Section R392-302-26 Visitor and Spectator Areas.
