Section R392-303-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26-15-2, 26-1-5, and Subsection 26-1-30(23)(t).(2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of public geothermal pools and public geothermal bathing places, as defined by this rule, and provides for the prevention and control of hazards associated with public geothermal pools and bathing places that are likely to adversely affect public health and wellness including risk factors contributing to injury, sickness, death, disability, and the spread of disease.Utah Admin.
