Section R384-200-2 - Definitions

The following definitions apply to this rule:

(1) "Department" means the Utah Department of Health.

(2) "Client" means an individual who meets the eligibility criteria and is enrolled in the Utah Cancer Control Program pursuant to the provisions of this rule.
