Section R383-13-3 - Availability of Expedited Review(1) To qualify for expedited review by the Department, an individual submitting the petition shall meet the following criteria: (a) be diagnosed with a terminal illness;(b) have a life expectancy of six months or less;(c) present symptoms not adequately managed with standard therapies that may reasonably be expected to be alleviated by medical cannabis; and(d) have a recommendation from a QMP who is directly and regularly involved in the individual's medical care.Utah Admin.
