Section R382-10-8 - Residents of Institutions(1) Residents of institutions described in Section 2110(b)(2)(A) of the Compilation of Social Security Laws are not eligible for the program.(2) A child under the age of 18 is not a resident of an institution if he is living temporarily in the institution while arrangements are being made for other placement.(3) A child who resides in a temporary shelter for a limited period of time is not a resident of an institution.Utah Admin.
