Section R382-10-20 - Case Closure or Withdrawal(1) The eligibility agency shall end a child's enrollment upon enrollee request or upon discovery that the child is no longer eligible. An applicant may withdraw an application for CHIP benefits any time before the eligibility agency decides on the application. (2) The eligibility agency shall comply with the requirements of 42 CFR 457.350(i), regarding transfer of the electronic file to determine eligibility for other insurance affordability programs.Utah Admin.
