Section R382-10-12 - Age Requirement(1) A child must be under 19 years of age sometime during the application month to enroll in the program. An otherwise eligible child who turns 19 years of age during the application month may receive CHIP for the application month and the four-day grace period.(2) The month in which a child turns 19 years of age is the last month of eligibility for CHIP enrollment.Utah Admin.
